Tastings
Agave is what our bar is built on, and tasting it properly is the best way in. Our tastings are seated, small and led by the bar team, working through the list from house pours to bottles we rarely open.
What to expect
A guided flight of tequila and mezcal, chosen to show what agave can actually do: how a blanco differs from a reposado, why mezcal tastes of smoke and place, and which bottles reward slowing down for. Expect stories with the pours and a marg to finish. No wristbands, no theatre. Just good spirits, explained well.

Five Patrón expressions, guided by Callum Morgan, Bacardi brand ambassador. Where they come from, how they are made, what makes each one different. No pressure. No pretence. Just good spirits, poured properly.
Doors open at 7pm with a welcome cocktail. Guided tasting to follow, with snacks throughout. Later, the lights drop, the volume comes up, and a DJ closes out the evening.
