Bar Coyo and Coyo Taco are both operated by Kuvi Hospitality Taco Ltd, which is the single data controller for both venues. Guest records are held on one shared system, so when you make a booking, sign up to our mailing list, or join our loyalty programme through either venue, your personal data is held by Kuvi Hospitality Taco Ltd and may be used across both Bar Coyo and Coyo Taco, in line with this policy and your marketing preferences.

Because Bar Coyo and Coyo Taco share one marketing system, opting in may mean you receive news and offers from both venues. You can opt out at any time, and your preferences apply across both.
2.3 Event Ticketing Data
Tickets for our programmed events, such as listening sessions and tastings, are sold through our ticketing partner, DICE. When you buy a ticket, DICE collects and processes your details in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at dice.fm. We receive the information we need to run the event, including your name, the event and ticket type, and any access or age verification requirements.

4.1 Booking Platforms
If you make a table reservation through an online booking system (such as OpenTable), your booking details will be processed by that third-party provider. Please refer to their privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
4.2 Ticketing Platforms
Tickets for our events are sold through DICE. When you purchase a ticket, DICE acts as a data controller in its own right for the personal data it collects from you, and its privacy policy applies to that data. We receive attendee information from DICE solely to run the event.
4.3 Email and SMS Marketing Providers
We use third-party providers (such as Klaviyo) to manage and send our marketing communications. These providers process your contact details and preferences solely to deliver our messages on our behalf.
4.4 Payment Processors
Payments made in the bar or online are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or Square). We do not store your full card details. Payment processors are required to handle your financial data securely and in compliance with applicable standards.
All third parties are contractually required to keep your personal data secure, use it only for the specified purpose, and comply with applicable data protection law.
