2.1 Reservations
Reservations can be made online or in person. By making a reservation, you are agreeing to arrive at your booked time. We hold tables for up to 15 minutes past the reserved time. After this point, we may offer your table to other guests.
2.2 Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or amend a reservation, please do so as early as possible and no later than 24 hours before your booking time. You can cancel via the booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
For standard reservations, no charge applies for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows for reservations of 6 or more guests may be subject to a charge, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
2.3 Dietary Requirements and Allergens
We take allergen information seriously. Please inform a member of our team of any dietary requirements or allergies before ordering. Detailed allergen information is available on request. While we take every precaution, our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment and cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.
2.4 Service ChargesAn optional service charge may be added to your bill. This is entirely discretionary and can be removed at your request. Any service charge paid goes to the bar team.
2.5 Age Restrictions
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Any guest who appears to be under 25 and wishes to purchase alcohol will be asked to provide valid photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone unable to provide appropriate identification or who we believe to be under 18. Some of our events are for over-18s only; where this applies, it will be stated at the time of booking or ticket purchase.
2.6 Behaviour in the Bar
We want every guest to have a great experience. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or causes discomfort to other guests or our team. In such cases, no refund will be provided for food or drinks already served.

3.1 Buying Tickets
Tickets for our programmed events, such as listening sessions and tastings, are sold through our ticketing partner, DICE. Ticket purchases are also subject to DICE's own terms of use and purchase terms, available at dice.fm. Your ticket entitles you to entry to the stated event, subject to these Terms.
3.2 Entry
Please arrive in good time for the stated start. Admission after the start time is at the team's discretion. Section 2 of these Terms, including our Challenge 25 policy and our approach to behaviour in the bar, applies to all events.
3.3 Changes to the Programme
On occasion, a listed selector, guest, or element of the programme may change for reasons beyond our control. Where a change is minor, tickets remain valid and no refund is due. If an event is materially changed, rescheduled, or cancelled, you will be offered a transfer to a rescheduled date where available, or a refund of the ticket price.
3.4 Refunds
Except as set out in these Terms or required by law, tickets are non-refundable. Where a refund is due, it will be processed through DICE to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear.

4.1 Eligibility
A tequila locker is available to any guest who purchases a bottle from the Bar Coyo Reserve List, as displayed in the venue and on our website. No separate fee applies for the locker itself.
4.2 Allocation
Lockers are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Bar Coyo operates twenty tequila lockers and availability cannot be guaranteed. Guests are welcome to join the tequila locker waitlist and will be contacted as soon as a locker becomes available.
4.3 Duration
Your locker is held for the duration of your bottle, or for a maximum of three months from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. If you purchase a further bottle from the Reserve List before your three months is up, your locker is retained and the three month period resets from the date of the new purchase. When your bottle is finished or your three months is up without a new purchase, we will be in touch to arrange collection of any remaining contents.
4.4 Your Key
On activation of your locker, you will be issued a bespoke key. You are responsible for the safekeeping of this key. Bar Coyo cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to keys.
4.5 Guests
You are welcome to share your bottle with guests. The keyholder must be present at all times when the locker is in use.
4.6 Complimentary Inclusions
For the duration of your locker, mixers, garnishes and glassware are provided complimentary by Bar Coyo.
4.7 Priority Booking
Active locker holders are entitled to priority booking at Bar Coyo for the duration of their locker.
4.8 Transferability
Tequila lockers and their associated keys are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold or assigned to another person.
4.9 General
We may amend or withdraw the tequila locker programme at any time. Active lockers will be honoured to the end of their current term. Alcohol stored in a locker remains subject to Section 2, including our Challenge 25 policy.

5.1 Group Bookings
A group booking is defined as a reservation for 8 or more guests. Group bookings may require a deposit or pre-authorisation of payment details at the time of booking. Details will be confirmed during the booking process.
5.2 Private Hire
The bar is available to hire in its entirety for private events and other occasions. Private hire is subject to a separate agreement and minimum spend requirements, which will be provided in a written proposal. A deposit may be required to secure the booking and, where applicable, will be offset against any minimum spend requirements. For private hire enquiries, please contact rosie@coyotaco.co.uk.
5.3 Minimum Spend
Private hire is subject to a minimum spend, which will be agreed in advance and confirmed in your written proposal. Spend on food and drinks during your event counts toward the minimum spend; any discretionary service charge does not. If the total spend on the day falls below the agreed minimum, the difference will be charged as a hire fee.
5.4 Deposits
Where a deposit is required, the amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless:
We cancel the booking for reasons within our control
Cancellation is made with at least 14 days' notice for group bookings, or at least 28 days' notice for private hire
Deposits will be applied to the final bill on the day.
5.5 Cancellations and Amendments
For group bookings and private hire, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reduce the number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers within 72 hours of the event may still incur charges based on the originally confirmed headcount.
5.6 Pre-Orders and Set Menus
Group bookings and private hire events may be required to select from a set menu or submit a pre-order in advance. Details and deadlines will be provided at the time of booking. We are unable to guarantee full a la carte service for large groups.
5.7 Damage
Any damage to the bar, our equipment, or property caused by guests during a group booking or private hire event may be charged to the lead booker. We reserve the right to seek reasonable reimbursement for the cost of repair or replacement.
